Just south of Howard University, JBG Developers have their eye on another parcel of land near where they are working on several other residential buildings (includingthese two near the 9:30 Club). They were one of two consortia to bid on the parcel at 965 Florida Ave, NW (the other was a group made up of MRP Realty & Ellis Development Group) and the District could make their decision about which team wins as early as this spring.
